My Testimony

Lost Child Redeemed

Past sins and mistakes, all the natural man, before Christ set me free.

Sins led to a poisonous death, bent on destroying me.

Family broken, hurts and pains, decisions made by a child.

The enemy directing; one soul beguiled.

Insecure, reckless, and lost. A child groping in the dark.

Each move away from God tearing her apart.

Only hope was never lost. The light, the Son revealed.

Jesus the Christ was never far away. The child's hurt and heart he healed

The natural has died, the spiritual began.

As Christ has risen, so, she too was born again.

Though her sins be as scarlet, they are now white as snow,

Though they are like crimson, they shall be white as wool.

Her sins have been removed as far as the east is from the west.

And for this, she is gracious, thankful, and blessed.

Because of who Christ is, he is all she is and more

All she knows and will know, he has opened the door.

~~~~~~~
"Follow me, your Savior speaks, take refuge beneath my wings
Peace, comfort, and love, to you these gifts I bring
Rest, yes, rest my child, the battles are already won.
I am your strength, fortress, and hiding place. Yes, I AM the One
My child, don’t look down, lift your head. Shame is no longer your crown
In Salvation, you have been clothed.  I have wrapped you in righteousness
I give you grace and mercy; behold your gown.
You shall forget the shame of your childhood.
For I am your Maker, the Lord Almighty, the Holy One, your Redeemer
You are a Trophy of My Grace. My lost child redeemed,
No Longer Disgraced
~~~~~~~

Come now and let us reason together, says the Lord. Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be like wool.

Isaiah 1:18 AMP

Do not be afraid; you will not be put to shame. Do not fear disgrace; you will not be humiliated. You will forget the shame of your youth and remember no more the reproach of your widowhood. For your Maker is your husband— the Lord Almighty is his name— the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer; he is called the God of all the earth. Isaiah 54:4-5 NIV

As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.

Psalm 103:12 AMP

I am overwhelmed with joy in the LORD my God! For he has dressed me with the clothing of salvation and draped me in a robe of righteousness. I am like a bridegroom dressed for his wedding or a bride with her jewels. Isaiah 61:10 NLT

Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. So, if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.   John 8:34-36 NIV

Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings, Psalm 17:8NIV

I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt so that you would no longer be slaves to the Egyptians; I broke the bars of your yoke and enabled you to walk with heads held high.

 Leviticus 26:13 NIV

“Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.”  Psalms 32:7 JUB
