Security

The state of being free from danger or threat.

The state of feeling safe, stable, and free from fear or anxiety.

Security is not found in possessions or in things going my way

It is depending upon the Lord my God, day after day.

Being satisfied with much or a little... knowing each is God’s perfect will.

Positioning myself to receive… worship, prayer, and stillness, you know the drill

Move from grasping and controlling to releasing and receiving.

By trusting Jesus in every situation, by just believing

Security is Jesus. In him I move and breathe and have my being.

In his presence there is hope, fearlessness, and love; all are freeing.

In the presence of the Lord is the source of all my needing.

Rest and retreat into the arms of your beloved, just being.

Find safety, healing, and comfort. Jesus (Yeshua) is my life's portion, my gift, you see

He provides and prepares me to make it through this life here, until I reach eternity,

Because of His sacrifice, I am gifted a new birth.

Within Him I am secure and have my self-worth.
