Lead The Way

What will the day bring?

Worry not, my Spirit will handle everything

From children to lover, to family and friends

The Holy Spirit’s work for you never ends

Bring concerns, stresses, and sorrows too,

Sit in My presence; wait, see what I will do.

I surround you with peace and love never ends  

Rest, my child, rest; for your soul I will mend

Think not on the day; it waits for Me,

It will start precisely, and exactly on key.

No need to rush, no need to scurry,

I have prepared each step, so please don't hurry

Stay with me, renew your mind,

you need to be with me, spend some time.

Linger here, be clothed with Me,

in my presence is your necessity

I love you, my child, if you only knew,

the depth and the breadth of how much I want to be a part of you
